          Some early build pictures ........Wars 2 ....... Including ... top left and right ... an abortive attempt at pneumatic steering!!


 

             Front and rear  wheels assembly's.... axles are Titanium, rear wheels are Aluminium and 25 kg's of forklift motor.
                                                                 This is a 24 volt shunt wound motor.
 

Srimech rams at top of first pic in this series ... these run at about 1000 p.s.i. ...the two rams standing upright are the rams for the lid
 ( 50mm bore running at 200 p.s.i ) and the valving can be seen in the middle .

CO2 is supplied from a block of three 9oz paintball cylinders contained inside the lid ....... you can see the round polished aluminium filler cover in the last picture.

Centre picture :- Chassis with steering servo assembly...a combination of a windscreen style motor assembly and homebrew electrics.

Third picture shows:-  Later Series 4 compact pneumatics consisting of .....Small buffer tank , two off 5 port valves (one of the 5 port valves modified to be a 3 port )   & a low pressure regulator..... all of this fits in the space that a 17amp SLA Battery would occupy.
